With national news turning their eyes on ICE and their movements a few families have asked how we will be focusing our attention to protect our individuals from unpredictable community members and their actions. Downsize Farm is a private business that requires all documentation prior to enrollment. Officers will not be permitted to our private backroom or our farm locations without proper judicial warrants. Your individual's information is kept safely on our digital system Brittco, if you would like to provide copies of any further documentation to Downsize Farm, we will assist with loading that onto our website as well as have copies for your individual and will support them to the best of our abilities. Springfield is a part of our programming; we work hard with Second Harvest to provide essentials to families in need. If this is of concern to you, please contact your Navigator and we can address your concerns directly. While our current political climate may be scary, Downsize is committed to providing a place where our individuals and families feel safe in their community. If we come across protests, roadblocks, or any other form of potential miscommunications we will address it with calm nerves and respect to keep tensions light and our individuals safe.
