About HPC Services
Downsize Farm likes to think outside the box in its HPC Services. Many agencies use HPC as a service to staff group homes. Sometimes these homes are overwhelming because there are a lot of people who come and go. Because Downsize Farm takes pride in knowing the people we serve, we have decided to offer HPC as more of an auxiliary service rather than the full home-care approach. When we meet you, we find out all of the details that you are looking for in a provider and we pair you with a staff who best fits what is important to and for you.
Bailey and Ashley
Bailey’s Thoughts:
I love seeing my friends and doing things with them. Ashley’s Thoughts: HPC is more than work to me in many ways. It’s about building friendships and relationships with the people you work with. It’s about celebrating their success and watching them grow. It’s about seeing what makes them light up and what brings them joy. One of my favorite things about B is her unconditional love for others. She loves to hug and squeeze you and sometimes after a long day, that’s just what you need. Our favorite activities are: playing hide and seek, going to the Y to workout and play basketball, hitting up the antique stores and of course, playing board games. |
Jakob and Logan
Jakob’s Thoughts:
Our friendship means a lot to me and I love doing various activities such as walking on the bike path, watching movies, going swimming and playing card games. I always looks forward to Logan coming every week to hangout and talk about all sorts of things such as school, home life and various other activities. Our friendship has really helped me stay on task and become more organized. Logan’s Thoughts: Jakob and I have been seeing each at least once a week since July of 2018 and it has been a blast. Jakob and I always do fun activities together and are able to always entertain each other. Jakob has been an important part of my life that I will always cherish and never forget. I’m excited for Jakob to keep doing incredible things. |
