Bob
- General Director and Bus Driver
- Bob is the man with a vision for what Downsize Farm is and where we are going. Bob is also one of the drivers who is responsible for picking up and delivering our clients safely home every day.
Midge
- Program Director
- Midge is the one who keeps coming up with ideas for all the new and exciting things we do here at the farm. Midge designs all our crafts and comes up with ideas for our products we make through our wood shop.
Pearl
- Administrative Director
-Pearl takes great care of all our administrative and office needs. Pearl arranges for all our trainings and does great work keeping everyone up to date on all our legal issues.
Sharon
- Lead Client Advocate
-Sharon helps to make sure that everyone is doing their jobs correctly and does a great job of completing delegated tasks from Bob and Midge. Sharon is absolutely wonderful with all of our clients and is in charge of all our sewing projects.
Megan
- Client Advocate and Bus Driver
- Megan is wonderful with all our clients and is one of the staff responsible for picking up and delivering them home safely every day. Megan is a great staff who is able to do anything that is needed of her from baking projects, to sewing and scrapbooking, to working in the wood shop and greenhouse.
Jen
- Client Advocate, Special Supports
- Jen is in charge of our Special Supports group. Jen does a phenomenal job of helping these clients with everything from cooking and scrapbooking to working with them in the garden and in the wood shop.
Ken
- Client Advocate
- Ken works mainly in the barn and wood shop areas of the farm helping the clients with everything from milking goats and feeding animals to refurbishing and building furniture and other wood products.
Galen
-Temporary and Volunteer Staff
-Galen Helps out when and where he is needed. Galen is a great man with a great heart, he usually helps out with things in the wood shop and bus driving.

Heather, Bobbi
Heather and Bobbi are our Summer Staff And Client Advocates in Training. They are fantastic with all of our clients and work with us when they are not attending college.
